Real Estate Sales & Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time contractor to support sales, marketing and broker relations for a luxury residential community in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. You will work closely with the developer team, manage lead follow‑up and help grow the community’s presence across the Northern Pacific real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up inbound leads from the website, social channels and broker referrals.
• Maintain relationships with the local broker network between Flamingo and Tamarindo.
• Create and schedule social‑media content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI) to draft content, organise CRM data and streamline workflows.
• Support property showings, owner communications and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Resides between Flamingo and Tamarindo and owns a reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable with, or eager to learn, AI‑powered tools.
• Strong communication, self‑motivated and reliable.
• Experience in real‑estate, hospitality or luxury sales is a plus.

What we offer

• $1,500 USD base pay per month (contractor) plus commission on closed sales.
