RDI Sustaining Internship – Laboratory Validation

About the role
Join Establishment Labs as an RDI Sustaining Intern and support validation projects within a fast‑growing women’s health company. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art laboratory, performing tests, developing protocols, and analysing data while gaining hands‑on experience in medical device development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with experimental testing and validation project activities.
- Develop and execute test protocols in collaboration with laboratory technicians.
- Generate reports, analyse data, and document results.
- Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and non‑conformance activities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for validation procedures.
Required profile
- Active university student pursuing a degree in Materials, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fluent English (B2+ level) – written and spoken.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
