Quality Assurance Representative

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Representative you will support both Inside and Outside sales teams by monitoring calls, ensuring data integrity, and providing coaching to improve sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inside sales calls in Natterbox and evaluate adherence to quality standards.
• Audit Salesforce data integrity, workday document completion, and eLearning fulfillment.
• Use Performline to monitor website compliance and address social media escalations.
• Assist in converting leads to accounts, manage Snap House assigned doors, and keep Salesforce CRM accounts up‑to‑date.
• Provide behavioral coaching, track violations, and deliver feedback through scoring and coaching forms.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, quality assurance, call‑center operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self‑starter who can manage tasks with minimal follow‑up.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using Natterbox for call monitoring.
• Familiarity with Performline compliance tools.
• Knowledge of Workday document processes and eLearning platforms.
