Telesales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to drive revenue through both outbound and inbound phone calls. The role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with prospective and existing customers from anywhere while delivering a professional and persuasive sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products or services to prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and handle objections.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to increase conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup.
• Professional, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
• Fluent English for communicating with English-speaking customers.
