Project Manager – Web Development (Remote)

About the role

Door & Gate Domination is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple website projects from kickoff to launch. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality digital solutions for overhead door, gate, and fence contractors across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor website projects through all phases: planning, development, QA, launch, and post‑launch support.
• Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Track budgets, deadlines, and overall project health, identifying and mitigating risks early.
• Coordinate daily with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and account managers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates.
• Lead the web development team, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and capacity planning.
• Establish KPIs and reporting metrics to evaluate project success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing website development projects in a digital agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English (C1‑C2).
• Located in a Latin American country.
