Project Manager – Web Design for US Pharma Clients

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead web design projects for US pharmaceutical clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality digital assets that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, create detailed timelines and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end website projects from requirements gathering through launch.
• Coordinate design, development, marketing and local market teams.
• Oversee quality, UX and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical digital assets.
• Lead communication, reporting and stakeholder expectation management.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear tasks for design and development teams.
• Identify, document and track bugs, working with developers for timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital/web project management experience, including website design, development and publishing.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of regulated environments and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage projects for the US market and work across time zones.
• Advanced English (C1+) with strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
