IT Technology Enablement Specialist

About the role

The IT Technology Enablement Specialist joins Rocket Software’s End User Experience Team to provide senior‑level technology support to the Executive Leadership Team and to drive enterprise productivity through optimal use of Microsoft 365 and other key applications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver white‑glove, concierge‑level IT support to executives, handling rapid issue resolution and proactive assistance.
• Troubleshoot complex problems across devices, collaboration tools, and productivity applications, owning issues through to resolution.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven enhancements, simplifications, and streamlining opportunities to boost executive productivity.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching for executives and their assistants.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve training sessions, lunch‑and‑learns, and practical guidance on Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Translate technical features into real‑world use cases, create reusable training materials, knowledge articles, and best‑practice content.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Business teams to align training with organisational standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments, customise curricula for different roles, and monitor adoption trends.
