Project Manager – Shared Services (Medical Technology)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the launch of a Shared Services hub for a global medical technology leader in Costa Rica. The role will drive planning, coordination, and execution of cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage projects from initiation through delivery, maintaining scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, status reports and RAID logs.
• Facilitate project meetings, capture decisions and ensure timely follow‑up on actions.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks and issues; propose mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support change‑management processes when requirements evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, coordination or PMO roles.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational, planning and time‑management capabilities.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
