Clinical Trial Coordinator – Trial Delivery Specialist

About the role

Join our global team as a Clinical Trial Coordinator and make an impact at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation. You will provide administrative and technical support to project teams, act as a cross‑functional liaison, and help onboard and train new staff while driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee trial activities according to the task matrix, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Maintain and review study documentation, including eTMF, investigator files, and regulatory documents, and support system tools such as GoBalto and eTMF.
• Facilitate communication of risks, schedule and organize client/internal meetings, and produce meeting minutes.
• Support RBM activities, manage vendor trackers, and assist with distribution of site and pharmacy materials.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in clinical trial coordination or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with GoBalto and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems.
• Ability to work with clinical trial database systems.
