Project Manager – Network Refresh (Remote, Costa Rica)

About the role

We are launching a large‑scale network refresh program and need an experienced Project Manager to drive execution across multiple sites in Costa Rica. This remote‑first position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing access to a local office for occasional support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure upgrade projects across multiple locations, following established playbooks.
• Manage and coordinate technical turn‑up (TTU) calls, including extended weekend deployment windows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during network outages and cutover activities.
• Coordinate vendors and on‑site teams to ensure seamless execution of access point and switch replacements.
• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables, providing clear executive‑level status updates.
• Partner with senior technical leadership to mitigate risks and ensure smooth rollouts.
• Manage remote and cross‑functional teams in a high‑volume environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing network or hardware refresh projects.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and access points.
• Experience leading remote and distributed teams.
• Ability to perform under pressure during deployment windows and outage scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills with experience reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project tracking abilities.
