Project Manager

About the role

Zeta Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of client‑focused initiatives on its AI‑powered Marketing Cloud platform. The role will coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, governance, and ongoing execution for both retainer‑based work and smaller projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for an assigned portfolio of customer engagements, including retainers and ad‑hoc projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing timely communication.
• Maintain portfolio governance, scope, timelines, risk tracking, and client satisfaction.
• Plan, schedule, and forecast retainer work, handling capacity planning, utilization tracking, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage financial aspects of retainers such as burn tracking, forecasting, and invoicing inputs.
• Lead smaller projects and single‑consultant engagements, overseeing scope, timeline, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers on complex implementations to align dependencies and governance.
• Coordinate internal resources across multiple workstreams, balancing competing priorities and escalating constraints when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client‑facing projects in a technology or marketing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to track risks, manage scope changes, and ensure delivery quality.
