Project Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of IT solutions for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will act as the single point of contact for project execution, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate new sales opportunities, qualify project factors, and initiate projects.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
• Manage vendor tasks, track deliverables, and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Maintain project timelines, monitor resources, ETAs, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Control and track performance, cost, and quality through regular status meetings.
• Collaborate across functional areas and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Author comprehensive scope and solution documents with input from technical resources.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, cross‑functional projects.
• Solid understanding of the development project lifecycle (design, development, testing, implementation).
• Experience in meeting planning, facilitation, and public speaking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and Clarity.
