Project Manager – FinTech Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation and upgrade of FinTech solutions for a leading client. You will guide projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet contractual and industry requirements while collaborating with internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor implementation projects for new and existing customers.
• Coordinate multiple tasks across internal groups to meet client specifications.
• Provide regular status updates and feedback to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, task lists, and documentation.
• Offer occasional after‑hours support for critical client implementations.
• Standardise project reporting for both internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base maintenance, ensuring technical accuracy and client relevance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in software or banking environments.
• Proven ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously with a focus on implementation excellence.
• Experience with Waterfall project‑management methodology.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent).
• Flexibility to work in shifts according to business needs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
