Project Manager – Cybersecurity & SIEM Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity and observability projects for enterprise customers and MSP partners. The role focuses on SIEM implementations, managed services, and AI‑driven initiatives, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule and budget while serving as the primary customer contact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for SIEM and security delivery engagements, from kickoff to closure.
• Act as the main delivery contact for customers and MSP partners, running status calls, steering meetings and executive readouts.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of Splunk consultants, security engineers and offshore/on‑shore resources.
• Track work in Jira (or equivalent) and maintain project plans, RAID logs and delivery documentation.
• Own the sales‑to‑delivery handoff by validating SOWs, confirming scope and setting up projects for execution.
• Identify and escalate risks, scope creep and change orders early, driving change management with customers.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate reporting, documentation and project analytics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodology and PM playbooks.
• Support pre‑sales activities with effort estimates and delivery timelines as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management experience delivering SIEM or comparable security projects.
• Proven track record managing customer‑facing engagements in professional services, consulting or MSP delivery.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools to increase productivity.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Jira and other project‑management software.
• Solid understanding of security operations concepts such as log ingestion, detection, incident response and compliance‑driven deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
