About the role
CooperSurgical is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work on assembly lines that produce medical devices supporting women's health and fertility solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly duties in one or more cells or production lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning your workstation daily.
- Follow written methods and procedures for all products.
- Wear proper attire, including uniforms and clean‑room garments as required.
- Follow directions from leaders or supervisors and complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Comply with company behavior policies.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Experience with computerized control equipment.
- Basic math operations.
