About the role
Cardinal Health is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical expertise within a medical device manufacturing environment. The role supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of production systems that involve material‑processing and assembly technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute engineering projects and sustaining initiatives that improve product cost, cycle time, and quality.
- Lead cross‑functional teams on key plant initiatives and design process improvements.
- Identify and implement solutions to technical and operational problems in a highly regulated industry.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while working independently.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in a highly regulated industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1) and ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners.
- Proven record of supporting cost‑reduction and quality‑improvement initiatives.
