Production Operator – Assembly & Packaging

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing floor. The role involves assembling and packaging finished products using supplied sub‑assemblies and components while following established procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation, cleaning daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures and safety attire requirements.
- Execute directions from supervisors and assist with additional assignments as needed.
- Comply with company behavior and quality policies.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines or manual assembly.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures and use of hand tools.
- Familiarity with computerized control equipment is a plus.
