Production Designer

About the role

Beyondsoft is looking for a highly creative Production Designer to join its team on a 4‑month fixed‑term basis. Working in a hybrid model (one day onsite in the America Free Zone, four days remote), you will help shape visual experiences that support both internal initiatives and external client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create merchandising and marketing campaigns that elevate client brands across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into compelling visual assets.
• Define and maintain design standards for various work requests.
• Stay current with production best practices and emerging technology that improve workflow efficiency.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

• Proven experience in production design with a strong portfolio of visual work.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
