Procurement Specialist – Sourcing & Contract Management

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to lead low‑to‑medium value sourcing projects, support contract creation and negotiation, and ensure compliance with category‑level strategies. The role focuses on delivering cost‑effective supplier solutions while managing risk and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing projects aligned with category strategies for low to medium dollar spend.
• Manage a high volume of sourcing requests using standardized procedures.
• Support creation, review, and negotiation of contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, service level agreements, and commercial/legal terms with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate supplier‑related risks.
• Run low‑complexity RFQs and quick bids to identify best‑value suppliers.
• Prioritize preferred and existing suppliers whenever possible.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for project completion and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in procurement systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with software/technology spend categories.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
