Process Quality Analyst (Temporary)

About the role

The Process Quality Analyst will support the implementation of control systems and the quality assurance program at Coca‑Cola’s newest manufacturing plant in Liberia, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Working in a highly automated Industry 4.0 environment, the analyst ensures compliance with GMP, food‑safety and quality standards while maintaining high operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in risk assessment and evaluation to reduce process risks and capture improvement opportunities.
• Promote and measure the effectiveness of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the plant.
• Generate documentation for the Integrated Management System and record validation data.
• Perform validation activities for processes and equipment to meet GMP, food‑safety and quality requirements.
• Support troubleshooting of packaging and production issues.
• Participate in internal audits, document management, continual improvement and change‑control programs.
• Identify safety, food‑safety, environmental and quality risks, applying problem‑solving tools for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training and certification activities for associates.

Required profile

• Experience working in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with process and equipment validation procedures.
• Ability to support internal audits, documentation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate training, certifications and routine monitoring tasks.
