Planner I

About the role

Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking a Planner I to coordinate planning, procurement, and scheduling of materials for one or more product lines. The role ensures timely material availability and supports efficient production operations within a fast‑growing medical‑device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update production schedules and system databases.
• Generate and manage paperwork, including traveler issuance, order linkage, and production control documentation.
• Estimate and plan raw‑material requirements and coordinate purchasing activities.
• Revise planning and purchasing documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor production progress to meet ship‑date targets, avoiding over‑ or under‑shipping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning, materials management, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral English communication (B2+ level).
• Ability to work independently in a self‑managed team and adapt to varying work schedules.
