Partner Advisor – Cloud Business Development

About the role

The Partner Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for cloud partners, guiding them through every stage of business development to expand their cloud offerings and deliver superior experiences to end‑customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead partner discovery and solution design.
• Optimize Partner Advantage benefits, activations, offers and incentives.
• Plan enablement initiatives, from foundational credentials to Delivery Readiness Index and NPS.
• Drive technical readiness through trainings, certifications, expertise and specializations.
• Deploy sales and solution plays using GTM activation kits.
• Provide go‑to‑market resources to build a healthy pipeline and grow existing accounts.
• Proactively identify and qualify new cloud solution opportunities for partners.
• Offer thought leadership and guidance to partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in partner sales, tech sales, partner advisory, business development, key account or account management.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (certified for non‑natives).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation.
• Proven experience in cloud or technology sales, pipeline management and negotiation.
• Ability to meet revenue targets, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Customer‑first mindset with a strategic, forward‑thinking approach.
