Owner Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Owner Relations Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for luxury property owners, ensuring a seamless and high‑touch experience throughout their partnership with Rove. Working fully remote, you will support onboarding, ongoing communication, and retention initiatives for owners across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Draft polished, luxury‑tone owner communications and updates.
• Conduct 0‑90 day onboarding check‑ins and quarterly touchpoints for steady‑state owners.
• Run the quarterly owner survey end‑to‑end and produce internal readouts.
• Own the segmented quarterly owner newsletter, coordinating inputs from Ops, Launch, Reservations, Finance and Tech.
• Maintain an at‑risk owner tracker, identify retention risks and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Tri­age owner inquiries, route them internally and ensure timely resolution.
• Keep HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) accurate and up‑to‑date with contacts, properties, tasks and interaction logs.
• Gradually assume primary ownership of a defined portfolio of owners.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with a refined, luxury‑focused tone.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent touchpoints.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on data hygiene and accurate record‑keeping.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify and address owner satisfaction risks.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) proficiency.
