Order Taker

About the role

The Order Taker is the primary point of contact for guests requesting food and beverage service via telephone. Working in a luxury resort environment, you will ensure each order is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered with the high standards expected by Four Seasons guests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record guest room service orders promptly and professionally.
• Verify order details, communicate with the kitchen and service teams, and monitor order progress.
• Coordinate delivery of food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms, ensuring presentation and quality.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking of room service supplies.
• Prepare trays and support the setup of service stations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, guest preferences, and any special requests.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach to service.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen, housekeeping, and service staff.
