Operations Team Leader – Guest Transfer Services

About the role

Join the TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Guanacaste as an Operations Team Leader. You will lead the Operations team responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering guest transfer services, ensuring high‑quality, safe and profitable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the Operations team in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Oversee the preparation, confirmation and execution of all bookings according to company service standards.
• Coordinate daily logistics for in‑house vehicles and third‑party suppliers, guaranteeing availability and alignment.
• Provide guests with accurate information on pickup times, pricing, meeting points and special requests.
• Analyse data such as NPS, cost and margins to drive continuous improvement and cost‑efficient assignments.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high‑pressure, guest‑focused setting.
• Strong operational planning and real‑time problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Decisive under pressure and capable of handling emergencies.
• Customer‑service orientation with a proactive attitude.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data.

Required skills

• Experience with booking platforms such as Asterix.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational dashboards.
• Familiarity with Ecobills, CRM and chat systems.
