About the role

The Bilingual Contact Center Operator will handle both inbound and outbound calls to provide information, advise customers, promote services, and resolve queries related to the company's products. The position requires working rotating shifts to ensure coverage across different time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls as needed.
• Provide accurate information about services and products.
• Advise and guide customers, promoting relevant offers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the designated systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller en Educación Media).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar call‑center or telemarketing role.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong written communication and spelling skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
