Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

TD SYNNEX-SHYFT is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its night shift. The role provides telephone and e-mail support to customers, helping them resolve simple shipping, credit and returns issues and offering entry-level product support. The position follows procedures and guidelines to serve customers in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Create Salesforce cases and all tasks linked to customer calls and e-mails.
• Follow up with customers to give them the best possible experience.
• Identify issues that need escalation and pass them to the right person.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Follow department guidelines for research methods and accuracy, and keep notes in the appropriate systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish, both in conversation and writing.
• Able to work under stress and pressure with high workloads and deadlines.
• Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
• Occasional non-standard hours or overtime as business requires.

Required skills

• Basic clerical and data entry skills, typing 60 words per minute.
• Intermediate use of computer system applications.
• Basic mathematical calculations.
