Onboarding Specialist I

About the role

The Onboarding Specialist I will join SurveyMonkey’s Enterprise Onboarding team to guide new customers through a successful implementation of the SurveyMonkey platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, configure the solution to meet their processes, and accelerate time‑to‑value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of Enterprise clients, ensuring they are set up to achieve their business objectives.
• Monitor adoption metrics, promote key features, and drive accelerated usage of the platform.
• Collaborate with Technical Solutions Managers on integrations, single‑sign‑on, and other technical requirements.
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines and milestones while meeting internal service‑level agreements.
• Track, communicate and resolve client issues throughout the onboarding journey.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience building strong client relationships and managing expectations.
• Comfortable initiating and conducting phone conversations with clients.
• Experience configuring business logic within a web‑based platform.
• Understanding of project lifecycle phases such as requirements definition, functional review, test planning, user training and deployment support.
• Proficient written and spoken English at B2+ level.
