On-site Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an On-site Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team. The role focuses on processing policy servicing requests and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working from our office Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage policy servicing requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve policy‑related queries and discrepancies.
• Prepare, analyse and present policy data and reports using MS Office tools.
• Support policy amendments, endorsements and cancellations while adhering to Life and Annuities Insurance guidelines.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide clear resolutions.
• Conduct regular audits of policy data and suggest process improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance domain knowledge and technical skills.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or policy servicing.
• Strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance policies, terms and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
• Customer‑focused attitude to ensure high satisfaction levels.
