Notion User/Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Notion User/Specialist to support an AI training initiative. The contractor will work remotely, using Notion daily to manage and annotate data, optimise workflows and provide feedback to improve the system.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion each day to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy.
• Annotate, organise and prepare content within Notion for AI training.
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices for Notion usage.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up‑to‑date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion interface and usage.
• Communicate observations and recommendations through written documentation and verbal briefings.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Notion user.
• Strong organisational and digital documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Quick learner comfortable with feedback in an AI‑focused environment.
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
