Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to provide third‑level support for the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and related services. The role will be the first point of contact for high‑level issues, ensuring platform stability and contributing to global IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint in line with SLAs.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of incidents and service requests, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and DNS.
• Manage licenses, certificates and DNS records, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate technical matters with external solution providers.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to improve efficiency.
• Participate in cloud service projects, deployments and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, preferably in a global enterprise.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams).
• Proven ability to manage incidents from detection to resolution.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working in an international, distributed environment.
