Associate Consultant, Strategy & Technology

About the role

As an Associate Consultant you will work across Strategy, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams to help solve complex business problems for global clients. You will support senior members while building expertise in digital solutions and emerging AI trends.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital solutions for a variety of clients and industries.
• Support the team in understanding client business challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences, including AI‑driven solutions.
• Gather information on client processes, market positioning, and competitive landscape through interviews and research.
• Coordinate and participate in design‑thinking, technology architecture, and project planning workshops.
• Structure presentations, documentation, RFP responses, and other project collateral.

Required profile

• Previous experience in consulting, user experience, or software development is a plus.
• Passion for great user experiences and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong desire to stay updated on the latest technology trends.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Comfortable with presenting and public speaking (asset).
