About the role

Join Bayer’s Consumer Health team in Heredia as a Marketing & eCommerce Associate. You will help boost the online visibility of our products across major retailers by optimizing content, managing brand information, and uncovering keyword opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize existing product content on retailer pages to improve organic rankings.
• Maintain weekly brand reports that identify gaps and opportunities for content improvement.
• Develop and manage keyword files, selecting high‑impact keywords for Bayer products.
• Update product information across multiple retailer platforms.
• Create go‑to‑market and innovation analyses to spot content and keyword opportunities.
• Analyze US market product pages to benchmark performance.
• Use internal platforms to ensure accurate product data management.

Required profile

• Advanced university student in marketing, advertising or a related field (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising (desired).
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in consumer health is a plus.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
