Manufacturing Finance Business Partner – US Sites

About the role

Support the financial performance of multiple Philips manufacturing sites across the United States by driving cost visibility, financial analysis, and budgeting activities while partnering with operations and finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial support for multiple U.S.-based manufacturing sites within the IGTD organization, ensuring accurate cost monitoring and strong financial performance.
• Monitor production costs, analyze operational results, and deliver insights that enable effective business and operational decision‑making.
• Partner with Production Managers and Cost Center Owners to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and improve financial outcomes.
• Support budgeting, planning, and financial control activities in close collaboration with the finance team.
• Act as a bridge between Operations and Accounting by reviewing financial impacts, validating manufacturing cost information, and ensuring transactions and reporting accurately reflect operational activities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, FP&A, or a related function within a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and ability to engage, challenge, and partner with accounting teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience working with Production Managers and Cost Center Owners, translating operational needs into financial insights.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams.
