Accounts Receivable Clerk II

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Clerk II manages invoicing, billing, credit processing, and account adjustments across multiple ERP systems. This role ensures accurate, timely billing and supports portfolio management and collections activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer invoicing, billing, and credit activities using Made2Manage, IQMS, and QAD ERP systems.
• Manage invoice submissions, intercompany invoicing, customer credits, and account adjustments.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, and open items.
• Support customer invoicing through external portals and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Assist with portfolio management, collections follow‑up, and escalation activities.
• Provide backup support for cash application and other AR functions as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English (B2 level or higher).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with ERP systems: IQMS, QAD, Made2Manage.
