Manager, Project Management

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence. You will oversee projects from inception through delivery, focusing on transitions, process improvements, system implementations, and change‑management programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary projects across the organization.
• Manage transitions, process improvements, system roll‑outs and change‑management activities.
• Support portfolio objectives while building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Implement best‑practice methodologies, foster innovation and promote continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years managing complex programs.
• 2+ years of people‑management experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial acumen.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
