Manager, Ads Account Management

About the role

Amazon Advertising is looking for a Manager of Ads Account Management to lead a team that serves large‑scale advertisers in the United States. The role combines strategic consulting, data‑driven insight generation, and operational excellence to grow revenue, improve advertiser satisfaction, and drive renewal rates.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and develop a high‑performing team while automating inspection of inputs and goals.
• Act as a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions and deliver top‑level sales and customer service.
• Retain and expand revenue from existing advertisers through upsell and renewal initiatives.
• Automate repeatable tasks using Amazon AI tools to accelerate campaign activation.
• Execute a standardized campaign coverage model across a high volume of accounts.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations and identify upsell opportunities.
• Educate advertisers on metrics, insights, and optimization tactics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with US Large Customer Sales, Creative & Campaign Management, and product teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in account management or advertising operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing internal and external senior stakeholders.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and advertiser satisfaction.
