About the role

The Concierge at Silvestre designs and delivers personalized guest experiences for luxury boutique residences in Nosara. You will manage the entire guest journey, from initial contact through post‑departure follow‑up, ensuring every stay feels uniquely crafted.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, conducting pre‑arrival calls to capture preferences and creating tailored itineraries.
• Coordinate activities such as surf lessons, spa treatments, whale‑watching charters, restaurant reservations, and private chef services, managing provider confirmations and logistics.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences in HubSpot CRM, ensuring repeat guests receive elevated service.
• Handle guest concerns with calm judgment, process payments for add‑on services, and support front‑desk duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, luxury guest service, or travel design, preferably in a boutique hotel or DMC environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish is highly valued.
• Deep knowledge of Nosara and the Guanacaste region’s surf, wellness, and dining scene.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for guest profile management.
• Experience using reservation/property management systems such as MEWS.
