About the role
The Locker Attendant supports daily spa and hotel operations at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, ensuring facilities are ready for guests and maintaining a high‑standard, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain spa setups, ensuring all facilities are ready for service and adhering to Four Seasons standards.
- Open and close the spa, monitor product consumption, and report technical issues through Hotsos.
- Support day‑to‑day operations, verify tool conditions, and participate in walkthroughs to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with training, side‑jobs, and operational projects to keep the spa at the forefront of the industry.
Required profile
- Attention to detail and accountability for assigned duties.
- Hands‑on attitude with the ability to walk the talk and communicate transparently across departments.
- Strong interest in delivering personalized, excellent guest experiences.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer systems relevant to spa operations.
- Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and suggest process improvements.
