LLM Full Stack Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack LLM Development Specialist to join our Data & AI team. In this position you will design, build, and maintain intelligent applications that leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn business needs into scalable digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications powered by AI and LLM capabilities.
• Build scalable backend services using Python frameworks and modern development practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative AI‑enabled products.
• Analyze requirements, solve moderately complex technical challenges, and support architecture, performance optimization, and code quality.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design decisions, and coordinate deliverables across project workstreams.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of development best practices.

Required profile

• 7–11 years of experience in software development, full‑stack engineering, or related fields.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python frameworks.
• Proven experience developing scalable applications and modern software solutions.
• Knowledge or exposure to Data & AI environments and end‑to‑end development lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work in collaborative, fast‑paced settings.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
