Lead Business Consultant – Senior Strategy & Change Management

About the role

The Lead Business Consultant will guide cross‑functional teams to align, design and implement strategic business initiatives. This senior position drives change management, complex data analysis and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
• Lead organization‑wide change initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
• Perform advanced data analyses to support decision‑making.
• Participate in vendor selection, negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Monitor regulatory and internal compliance across initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of business consulting experience, or Master’s degree with 8 years, or 13 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience overseeing complex programs or cross‑functional teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict‑resolution and relationship‑building skills.
• Advanced project‑management expertise, including risk assessment and requirements analysis.
