Laundry Operations Manager

About the role

As a Laundry Operations Manager at Hilton, you will lead the daily laundry and uniform services that keep guest rooms and staff looking their best. Your work ensures a seamless supply of high‑quality linens while embodying the brand’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all laundry and uniform operations, maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
• Maintain equipment performance and compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Monitor linen quality, stain rates, inventory levels and production reports to trigger re‑ordering, rewashing or repairs.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, purchasing and cost‑control initiatives to optimize financial performance.
• Implement best practices for chemical handling, safety protocols and explore new laundry technologies with vendors.
• Supervise, coach and develop the laundry team, fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or laundry operations is a plus.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in laundry, housekeeping, or hotel operations.
• Demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork and a strong sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
