Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst

About the role

The Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst supports the finance team in executing key transfer pricing processes within a global environment. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide transactional support and gather reports for SOX controls, fiscal and external audit purposes.
• Interact with auditors during transfer pricing audit cycles and prepare required documentation.
• Supervise assignments that require judgment, initiative, and specialized technical knowledge.
• Review, create, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for law updates, process changes, and special scenarios.
• Identify improvement areas and develop automated operational processes.
• Perform material and complex reconciliations across ERP systems and internal deployments.

Required profile

• Understanding of accounting and finance processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional progress).
• Knowledge of transfer pricing or tax processes is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Microsoft Office suite.
