Junior Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. The role involves reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to improve model performance. Work is flexible and asynchronous, with up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Experience in full‑stack, backend, frontend, or mobile development is a plus.
