Junior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Recruiter to support full‑cycle hiring across multiple functions. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop recruiting expertise while working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial structured interviews and assess fit, competencies and motivation.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and interview panels.
• Support offer preparation, pre‑employment activities and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Track basic recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and interview‑to‑offer ratios.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruitment events and referral programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
