Junior Project Analyst (Digital)

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Junior Project Analyst to support the delivery of digital solutions across multiple client engagements. You will work closely with project managers, cross‑functional teams and clients to ensure projects are on schedule, within scope and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate resources, allocate staff and monitor workload.
• Manage scope, risk, issues and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and documentation for project governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in a consulting environment delivering digital solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent organization, prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Proficient in English (B2+ / C1 level).

• Experience with digital solutions such as UX, strategy, data and technology.
