Junior Commercial Advisor

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield | AB Advisory, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Costa Rica and part of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is hiring a Junior Commercial Advisor. The role suits an ambitious sales professional who builds relationships and generates new business, combining a strong sales instinct with executive presence and a results-driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking
• Lead and schedule commercial meetings with prospective and existing clients
• Drive negotiations and close sales agreements
• Build lasting client relationships and adapt strategies to changing business needs
• Prepare and present commercial proposals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline performance
• Work closely with internal teams and represent the company professionally with clients

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales or a similar commercial role
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong sales acumen, communication and negotiation skills, and a polished, professional demeanor

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to client and market needs
