Junior Campus Recruiter

About the role

CRG Solutions is seeking a Junior Campus Recruiter to support a high‑volume campus hiring process. The role focuses on early‑stage candidate review, pipeline management, communication, and coordination to ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications and video interviews against established criteria.
• Advance qualified candidates for recruiter review and disposition non‑qualified applicants.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Send, monitor, and track candidate communications and required forms.
• Partner with recruiters to prioritize candidates for interview waves.
• Collaborate with scheduling coordinators to resolve follow‑up and scheduling issues.
• Support employee referral processes and manage duplicate records.
• Assist with interview administration, debrief coordination, and feedback collection.
• Provide regular updates on candidate volume, interview capacity, and recruiting progress.
• Help ensure a consistent and timely candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accurate candidate information.
• Team‑oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with CRM, event‑management platforms, or recruiting technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
