Junior Bilingual Recruiter

About the role

B&T Consulting is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Bilingual Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition team in Costa Rica. This position is ideal for candidates with some recruitment or HR experience who are eager to develop a long‑term career in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team throughout all hiring stages.
• Conduct candidate prescreening calls in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain ongoing communication with candidates.
• Publish and update job postings on multiple recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, reports, and recruitment trackers.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR‑related roles.
• Experience conducting candidate screening calls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
