About the role
Nexus HR Tech is seeking a passionate and motivated leader to drive vehicle sales. The successful candidate will develop effective sales strategies, lead a dedicated sales team, and work closely with senior management to achieve commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Lead, motivate, and set clear objectives for the sales team while providing continuous support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Data analysis capabilities.
